Acrylic/Hard Gel Extensions

Nail extensions extend the length of your natural nail using either acrylic or hard gel, depending on your needs. Either used in combination with a plastic tip or a mould to create an extension.

Acrylics

Acrylic nails are a combination of a liquid monomer and a powder polymer which is air dried and used in combination with a plastic tip or mould to create the structure and length desired.

Hard Gel

Hard gel is a nail enhancement like acrylic, however, it cures in an LED lamp. They are carried out with a mould under your natural nail edge to create the length and shape desired.

Semi-permanent gel

Also known as gel polish/shellac/soft gel/soak off gel. Semi-permanent gel refers to the gel products that are too soft to create a nail extension, only applied on natural nails to create colour, durability and shine. Also can be applied over acrylic/hard gel extensions.

Gloss

Gloss is used with traditional nail varnish and is finalised with a semi permanent gel top coat to give medium durability and shine.

Nail Varnish

Traditional nail varnish that needs natural drying time with high shine and less durability.

Gel Removal

There are various methods of removal depending on the type of nail coverage used. Gel can be removed by either using soak off method, steam or a nail drill.
